Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Refunds for transportation and guide:
-Cancellation within 7 days of booking: Full refund will be issued after 14 days
-Cancellation after 7 days from booking: 50% of the total payment will be retained.
Refund will be issued after 14 days
-Cancellation 14 days or less before the departure date: No refund of the deposit.
Cancellation & Refunds for cruise:
-No refund after deposit or payment
